Supply Chain Analyst

Rubicon Organics’ mission is to grow the best cannabis on earth and for the earth, and today we are doing just that out of our state-of-the art greenhouse facility located in Delta, B.C. We’ve recently started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, expanded out partnerships with big names such as PAX Labs, and announced a Product Supply Agreement with German medicinal Cannabis distributor canacur GmbH. Our growth is as tangible as our products, and we’ve only just begun


  • Assist our Supply Planner with creating an attainable production schedule to meet market demands, and working with operations to utilize operation capacity
  • Create and maintain accurate production planning schedules according to demand goals
  • Ensure with Inventory Team that both packaging waste and biomass wastage are fully reconciled and categorized with root causes and corrective actions in place
  • Provide data analysis and insights for our Supply Planner
  • Participate actively in Rubicon Organics S&OP process, a key member of production planning meetings with demand and supply teams
  • Create product allocations based on orders and inventory levels
  • Prepare job orders in timely manner for Supply Planner review
  • Act as a core contributor of the S&OP cycle with cross functional team consisting of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align to an unbiased forecast number

Required Skills

  • 2+ years previous work experience within a Supply Chain Planning function and/or experience in FMCG organizations
  • Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning and inventory management
  • Passion and interest for the Cannabis industry
  • Experience and/or knowledge of MRP
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), with an aptitude for learning multiple technology systems
  • Knows how to achieve high quality results and drive deliverables from cross functional partners
  • Experience with power queries is an asset
